Free Discovery Session
If you're in a life transition, feeling stuck, or sensing that it’s time to come home to yourself in a new way, I’d love to meet you there.
*Discovery sessions are currently free of charge** and last ~90 minutes.
These are not sales calls, they are genuine opportunities to experience the work**. Each session is a healing and orienting experience: a chance to slow down, attune to what’s alive in you, and invite a subtle (or not so subtle) shift.
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re seeking, just that something within is asking for care, clarity, or change.

Beyond Discovery
A La Carte Sessions
For those wanting to begin with a single deep session, or to continue ongoing support.
Single Session – $225A ~90 minute session of deep presence, intuitive reflection, and embodied insight.
Two-Session Series – $400Designed to hold and deepen a specific theme, challenge, or transition you’re moving through.
These sessions are spacious, powerful, and often the beginning of a longer journey.
Sliding Scale & Adjusted Rates
I understand the world is in flux. Widespread economic uncertainty, social disorientation, and collective stress are real. In the midst of this, many are feeling an urgent need to return to their center.
If you're drawn to this work and feel you are a strong fit, but a full investment isn’t currently possible, I hold a small number of spaces for adjusted-rate clients. These are offered not as discounts, but in trust, recognizing the long arc of reciprocity and emergence.
