These are not sales calls, they are genuine opportunities to experience the work. In an illumination session we might explore your life, patterns, desired direction and how you are currently holding emotions and energies in the body. Each session is an orienting experience: a chance to slow down, attune to what’s alive in you, and invite a subtle (or not so subtle) shift. ***

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re seeking, just that something within is asking for care, clarity, or change.
