The work that I offer is intended to help people with personal and spiritual transformation, and to help people realize their fullest potential. Although the work is transformational in nature and healing may occur, I am not a medical doctor or a licensed mental health professional and this work is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric evaluation and treatment. If I believe that you, as a client, are encountering something outside of my scope of practice, I will do my best to refer you to a specialist for support.

Scope of Work
I offer somatic, spiritual, and transformational coaching. This includes presence-based coaching, energy awareness, and embodiment practices. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.

Not a Substitute for Healthcare
Nothing on this site or in sessions is medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. If you are in crisis or experiencing acute mental health symptoms, please contact local emergency services or a licensed professional.

In-Person and Virtual Sessions
I have a strong preference for establishing an in-person coaching relationship with my clients, usually in Seattle, WA but I am flexible and am open to remote session engagements with clients wherever they may be.

Consent & Boundaries
Any optional somatic or energy practices are always consent-based. You can pause, decline, or change course at any time.

Confidentiality
I hold your stories with discretion and care. I am not a licensed healthcare provider; legal privilege does not apply. I may keep brief notes for continuity. I will never share your information without consent except if required by law or if there is risk of harm.

Results & Testimonials
Every person and process is unique. I do not guarantee outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises of results.

Eligibility
Services are intended for adults (18+). If you’re working with a therapist or physician, please coordinate your care as needed.

Scheduling & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged; details appear on the scheduling page.
