The Work we do…..
….sits at a cross section of empathic-intuitive- somatic coaching, energy sensing and guiding. I aspire to create a safe container for courage and soulful truth to come forth. The modalities employed are often emergent—AND they are based on the premise that in order to thrive and live a beautiful and joyful life, we must expand our capacity to fully be with the range of sensations and emotions that comprise human experience; including discomfort, grief, uncertainty and aversion, as well as truly relishing and celebrating joy on a somatic level and allowing ourselves to really receive and accept those lovely experiences too. There is no rush and the work can be deliberate, slow, titrated to meet any individual where they’re at. We co-create the work together, and your awareness of and access to choice and cultivation of personal power is of utmost importance to me.

My name is Andy and this is the Spiral (Path) of Illumination.
This path is not a ladder climb or a formula for fixing yourself.
It’s a way of being in sacred relationship with your life:
While it is true that there are many horrific things occurring in the world, most of us are not suffering because our lives are objectively terrible. We suffer from confusion and misunderstanding, and because our capacities to feel, to grieve, to experience joy without self sabotage, to hold paradox, beauty and ugliness, and to face uncertainty, are too underdeveloped for what life asks of us.
This framework arose from lived experience: years of seeking, surrendering, and awakening.
From walking alongside others in upheaval, grief, bewilderment, transition and transformation.
From listening to what is true beneath words and cultivating embodied knowing.
It’s not offered as a prescription.
It is a poetic invitation. A map to help you orient to life, again and again.
