This path is not a ladder to climb or a formula for fixing yourself.
It’s a way of being in sacred relationship with your life:
Most people reading these words are not suffering because their lives are objectively terrible. They are suffering because their capacities to feel, to grieve, to experience joy without self sabotage, to hold paradox and uncertainty, beauty and mystery are too underdeveloped for what life in actuality requires of us.
This framework arose from lived experience: years of seeking, surrendering, and awakening.
From walking alongside others in upheaval, grief, bewilderment, transition and transformation.
From listening to what is true beneath words.
It’s not offered as a prescription.
It is a poetic invitation. A map to help you orient to life, again and again.
