….sits at a cross section of empathic-intuitive coaching, energy sensing and guiding. I aspire to create a safe container for courage and soulful truth to come forth, and to accompany and witness others on their journeys of transformation. The modalities employed are often emergent—based on what is showing up in the moment. We co-create the work together, and your awareness of and access to choice and cultivation of personal power is of utmost importance to me.

My name is Andy and this is the Spiral (Path) of Illumination.
This path is not a ladder climb or a formula for fixing yourself.
It’s a way of being in sacred relationship with your life:
While it is true that there are many horrific things occurring in the world, most of us are not suffering because our lives are objectively terrible. We suffer from confusion and misunderstanding, and because our capacities to feel, to grieve, to experience joy without self sabotage, to hold paradox, beauty and ugliness, and to face uncertainty, are too underdeveloped for what life asks of us.
This framework arose from lived experience: years of seeking, surrendering, and awakening.
From walking alongside others in upheaval, grief, bewilderment, transition and transformation.
From listening to what is true beneath words and cultivating embodied knowing.
It’s not offered as a prescription.
It is a poetic invitation. A map to help you orient to life, again and again.
