This path is not a ladder to climb or a formula for fixing yourself.
It’s a way of being in sacred relationship with your life:
with pain and sorrow, with joy and vitality, with desire and becoming, with mystery and uncertainty.
This framework arose from lived experience: years of seeking, surrendering, and awakening.
From walking alongside others in upheaval, grief, bewilderment, transition and transformation.
From listening to what is true beneath words.
It’s not offered as a prescription.
